Description:

Wrack, who later became a successful sire in the USA, was a small but sturdy bay colt. He won ten races on the flat and six hurdle races for the Earl of Rosebery. George Duller, the horse's pilot over jumps, rated the horse only second to the great Trespasser as a hurdler.

On being sold to America (having been turned down by an Australian breeder on account fo his size), the proceeds of the deal were used to repair the church at Mentmore.
