Description:

Whilst not a great mare (winner of 2 1/2 races in Ireland and runner-up in a Punchestown Military Steeplechase), Admiration was nevertheless the most famous broodmare in the history of the Stud Book. She is ancestress of a host of top class winners, the best of whom was the great mare Pretty Polly (22 races including 1000 Guineas, Oaks and St Leger).
